Customer product
WDF customer terms
1. Orders, scheduling, and availability
WDF lets customers request laundry pickup, processing, delivery, order tracking, and related support where service is available. Pickup and delivery windows depend on location, operating capacity, current demand, weather, safety, and address access. Times shown are estimates rather than guarantees. WDF may reschedule or decline a request when service cannot be completed safely or reliably.
2. Garment care and restricted items
You are responsible for accurate care instructions, checking pockets, removing valuables and prohibited items, and identifying goods that need special handling. Do not submit hazardous or biohazardous materials, illegal goods, weapons, cash, jewelry, or items that cannot be handled safely in a standard laundry workflow. WDF may pause, refuse, or return affected items unprocessed.
3. Pricing, weighing, and payment authorization
Prices, minimums, service fees, taxes, and promotional credits are shown during ordering where available. Laundry priced by weight is estimated before collection and finalized after weighing. By placing an order, you authorize WDF and its payment processor to charge the estimated total, charge any difference when the final total is higher, and refund any difference to the original payment method when the final total is lower. Bank or card processing times may delay when a refund appears. Failed or reversed payments may delay service or restrict the account until resolved.
4. Cancellations, missed service, and delivery
Change or cancel an order as early as possible through the active order flow or support. A missed-pickup or late-cancellation fee may apply after a courier or service team has been dispatched. WDF may reschedule delivery and apply disclosed additional fees where permitted if delivery cannot be completed because of a no-show, inaccurate or inaccessible address, or unsafe conditions.
5. Claims and garment issues
Report missing items, visible damage, or other service concerns to support@wdfapp.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide requested documentation. Normal wear, manufacturer defects, age-related fabric weakness, unstable dyes, items left in pockets, and damage caused by inaccurate care instructions may not be covered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WDF's liability for a service claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service unless applicable law requires a different remedy.
Provider product
WDFPro provider terms
1. Provider status and qualifications
When you use WDFPro as an independent provider or driver, you operate as an independent contractor and not as a WDF employee, unless a separate written agreement or applicable law states otherwise. You are responsible for required licenses, insurance, equipment, expenses, taxes, and the lawful operation of your business. A storefront employee using WDFPro is not made an independent contractor merely by using the app; that person's relationship is with the storefront that employs or engages them.
2. Service standards and order custody
Accept only work you can complete safely, professionally, and within the represented timeframe. Follow order instructions and applicable care standards; protect customer property and personal information; maintain accurate order status; and promptly report loss, damage, delays, accidents, or safety concerns. Customer information may be used only to fulfill and support the assigned order.
3. Payments, payouts, fees, and taxes
Compensation, platform fees, adjustments, reserves, and payout timing are displayed or communicated through WDFPro or applicable program materials. Payout eligibility may depend on completed onboarding, identity or business verification, satisfactory completion of work, and resolution of disputes or reversals. You are responsible for your tax obligations and for keeping payout information accurate.
4. Trust, safety, and verification
WDF may require identity, business, eligibility, driving, insurance, or background verification where appropriate and lawful. You authorize the collection and use of information needed for those checks as described in the Privacy Policy and any separate disclosure or consent presented during onboarding. Materially false information, unsafe conduct, or repeated service failures may lead to restricted order access or account termination.
5. Damage, cancellations, and cooperation
You are responsible for customer items while they are in your custody to the extent provided by law and the applicable service program. Liability insurance is strongly recommended and may be required. Once work is accepted, cancellations should be rare and communicated immediately. You must cooperate with reasonable investigations of customer claims, payment disputes, safety events, and suspected fraud.
Business product
WDF Storefront terms
1. Business authority and storefront information
You represent that the storefront is lawfully organized or operated, that its registration and contact information is accurate, and that you are authorized to manage it. Keep public listings, service areas, hours, turnaround times, pricing inputs, business records, and payout details accurate. WDF may require business and representative verification before publishing a storefront or enabling orders and payouts.
2. Owners, employees, and permissions
Storefront owners are responsible for invitations, employee and operator access, role permissions, and activity performed through storefront accounts under their control. Each person must use their own authorized access. Remove access promptly when it is no longer needed and notify WDF of suspected compromise. The storefront remains responsible for its workers and for complying with employment, contractor, wage, tax, and workplace laws.
3. Operations, customer property, and data
The storefront must maintain safe and suitable premises, equipment, staffing, and processes; follow customer instructions and represented service standards; maintain accurate machine and order status; protect items in its custody; and promptly report loss, damage, delays, contamination, or safety incidents. Customer and order information may be accessed and used only for authorized fulfillment, support, accounting, safety, and legal purposes.
4. Pricing, payments, payouts, and taxes
Customer charges, platform fees, payout calculations, adjustments, refunds, reserves, and payout timing are governed by the current product settings and applicable program materials. Payment and payout services may be provided by Stripe or another disclosed processor and may require separate onboarding. The storefront is responsible for its taxes, books, permits, and legally required customer disclosures.
5. Compliance and marketplace integrity
Storefronts must comply with consumer-protection, privacy, accessibility, labor, safety, environmental, and other laws applicable to their operations. Do not manipulate orders, reviews, pricing, promotions, availability, or performance data. WDF may moderate listings, pause orders or payouts, require remediation, or remove a storefront when reasonably necessary to protect customers, workers, the platform, or legal compliance.
